Here's the update.....
All the work on the church walls, flat roof, fences etc. have been completed!!
BRILLIANT!
Marc Robins has done a superb job.
We asked Marc to give us an idea as to what we could do about the interior decoration and give us an idea of different costs of various possibilities.
Following his advice and the generous support of the Circuit the CHURCH COUNCIL approved the expenditure of £5,000 in order to improve the decoration of the interior of the church and deal with some of the more serious areas of damp penetration.
AND IT'S DONE!! REDEDICATION WAS ON SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 10th

NOTE
Marc is still concerned that there are a couple of areas of damp still apparent in one wall which he has been unable to resolve. It would seem that it might become very costly to completely clear it and we may have to live with the problem
The NEW HEATING has been installed
- thanks to the generosity of our members and the Circuit and speedy action by Yeoman South West to ensure that we have a safe, and economic system installed before the winter begins. Heaters in the Church, Lounge and Hall are already working and we hope people will appreciate the warmth and comfort.
